Designing Bilateralism and Developing Fuzzy Inference System in the Political Domain

The repercussions of and the reactions to Islamic organizations such as ISIS, Houthis, and Al-Qaeda, make it imperative for the leaders to redirect their investment compass in a proper way. This is especially true when considering whether to strengthen bilateral economic relations among nations, as critical decisions are influenced by certain variables that are based on heterogeneous and vague information. A common language is thus needed to describe variables that require human interpretation. Applying a fuzzy ontology method is one of the possible solutions to address the lack of conceptual clarity. Fuzzy logic is based on natural language and is tolerant of imprecise data. Furthermore, a fuzzy Inference System's (FIS) greatest strength lies in its ability to handle imprecise data. This research focuses on developing fuzzy inferences in the political domain, especially highlighting the concept of bilateral meetings as a case study of fuzzy ontology.
